The AC164130-2 is a CAN/LIN PICtail™ (Plus) Daughter Board used with either the Explorer 16 Board or the PIC18 Explorer Board, for implementation and evaluation of applications that use Controller Area Network (CAN) and Local Interconnect Network(LIN) interfaces .

The PICtail Plus interface is used for connection to Explorer 16 Development Board for 16-bit and 32-bit MCUs. The PICtail interface is used for connection to the PIC18 Explorer for PIC18 8-bit microcontrollers.
