The thickness dimensions tolerances for DIP4 and DIP8 packages will be standardized to general tolerances. 3. The terminal pitch dimensions for DIP4, DIP6, and DIP8 packages will be changed to inch pitch dimensions. (Dimensional tolerances are unified to tolerances)Effective Date: From September1, 2025 production onward.
