The OPL550-OCA is a photologic sensor with high light and totem pole output, available in recessed lens through hole package.

This device feature TTL/LSTTL compatible logic level output which can drive up to 8 TTL loads without additional circuitry and medium-speed data rates to 250 kBaud, with typical rise and fall times of 25 nanoseconds.
