Renesas | ICL3225EIAZ-T

The ICL3225EIAZ-T is a dual RS-232 transmitter and receiver with enhanced automatic powerdown, available in 20 pin SSOP package.

This device feature an enhanced automatic powerdown function which powers down the on-chip power supply and driver circuits. It also provide ±15 kV ESD protection on transmitter outputs and receiver inputs (RS-232 pins).
