Robust new connectors handle high current in energy systems

The Adam Tech ESF and ESM series provide safe, reliable power transfer up to 350A in harsh outdoor environments, ensuring long-term performance in renewable and industrial energy applications.

The ESF and ESM series energy storage connectors provide high-current and high-voltage links between battery modules in renewable energy and industrial power systems. The ESF series with a female terminal and the ESM series with a male terminal are available in three versions with current ratings up to 120A, 250A, or 350A.

 

Built for outdoor use, these Adam Tech IP67-rated connectors are waterproof when mated, and feature a rugged housing which resists heat, vibration and contamination. The rugged mechanical design supports a minimum of 500 mating cycles. The connectors maintain maximum contact resistance of just 5mΩ throughout the product’s service life.

Supporting wire sizes from 6 AWG to 4/0 AWG, the connectors are available with crimp, threaded hole, busbar (threaded or through hole) or screw post terminations, for easy integration into modular battery racks and power conversion units. Color-coded orange or black housings simplify polarity identification.
