Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL32E475KCIVPNE Capacitor

Compact 100 V capacitor performs reliably in environments up to 150°C

The CL32E475KCIVPNE is an AEC-Q200-qualified X8L multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) which operates reliably and offers long lifetime in high-temperature automotive environments.

 

Manufactured by Samsung Electro-Mechanics, this surface-mount 4.7µF MLCC in a 1210 case size is rated for operation at up to 150°C. This makes the device suitable for use in demanding environments such as automotive engine control units.

 

With a rated voltage of 100 V and measuring 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 2 mm, the CL32E475KCIVPNE is suitable for use in systems which achieve high power density.

 

The device uses nickel for the inner electrode, tin for the plating, and has metal epoxy terminations. It is suitable for high-speed automated chip placement on a PCB.
