The VOR1060M4 from Vishay is an optically-isolated 1 Form A solid-state relay in a surface-mount 4-pin SOP package, making it suitable for use in space-constrained, high-voltage applications.
The VOR1060M4 relay offers clean, bounce-free switching, and withstands a practically unlimited number of switching cycles to give long lifetime and high reliability in demanding applications. The relay supports fast switching: turn-on time is 0.3 ms, and turn-off time is just 0.15 ms.
The relay provides a high maximum withstanding isolation voltage of 3,750 Vrms according to UL 1577. Creepage and clearance distances are at least 5.2 mm.
