The LD29150PTR is a high current, high accuracy, low drop voltage regulator with an output voltage of 1.5V and an output current up to 1.5 A. It is available in surface mount POWERPAK-5 package.

These regulators feature 400 mV dropout voltages and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, these devices also find applications in lower current, extremely low dropout-critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes.
