The 1N4728A to 1N4749A series of low voltage regulator diodes are offered in the DO-41 package with a working voltage range of 3.3 V to 24 V and a forward voltage of 1.2 V. The 1N4728A to 1N4749A series also has a maximum total power dissipation of 1000 mW.

The 1N4735A T/R is lead free RoHS compliant voltage regulator diode with a working voltage of 6.2 V and a test current of 41 mA.  The 1N4735A T/R also has a maximum working current of 146 mA and a non-repetitive peak reverse current of 730 mA.
