FTM / Intelligent Sensing / Vishay — TNPU e3 Series Precision Chip Resistors
Vishay has extended its TNPU e3 series of automotive-grade precision thin-film flat chip resistors with devices offering an improved temperature coefficient of resistance of as little as ±2 ppm/K.
Supplied in 0603, 0805, and 1206 case sizes and in resistance values from 500 Ω to 20 kΩ, the TNPU e3 series is notable for its excellent long-term stability: the permitted maximum resistance change is ≤0.05% after 1,000 hours of operation at rated power and 70°C.
These resistors also offer attractive tolerance of resistance values of as little as ±0.02% to provide for increased accuracy in operational amplifier and sensor circuits.
