Standard Automotive Blade Fuse Clips and Holders from Keystone can accommodate standard 5.2 mm x .64 mm standard blade fuses.  Such holders are well suited for Littelfuse ATO 257 series as well as Bussmann's ATC series.  

These through hole PC mountable holders maintain position during wave soldering as well as withstand the rigors of shock & vibration.  Fuses are held securely in place even after multiple insertions.
