The MURS220T3G is a part of MURS series ultrafast power rectifier. It has a storage temperature ranging from -65°C to +175°C and its available in CASE-403D package.

The Ultrafast Rectifier is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification or as free wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications, where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
