The EL7457CUZ is a high speed and non-inverting quad CMOS driver, available in 16 pin QSOP package.
This device is capable of running at clock rates up to 40 MHz and features 2 A peak drive capability and a nominal on-resistance of just 3 Ω and is ideal for driving highly capacitive loads, such as storage and vertical clocks in CCD applications.
