Description of Change Grayhill has approved an additionally qualified supplier for the PCBs used in 3K and 3J Gen 1 and Gen 2 standard products. This change does not affect product form, fit, or function. The additional supplier maintains ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications. Qualification details are provided in attached report VU19-1082. Reason for Change These products currently source PCBs from a supplier in China. Adding an additional supplier outside of China creates a more robust supply chain and helps to mitigate any potential sourcing issues.
