This series of Military grade Grayhill switches are Multi-Deck Rotary Switches made to Military specifications, making them well suited for a variety of application. These Multi-Deck Rotary Switches are available in an unsealed and a shaft/panel sealed version, with angle of throw options offering 30 degree, 45 degree, 60 degree and 90 degree.

This Military Multi-Deck Rotary Switch boast numerous options; the standard version  is available as solder lug (A), PC mount terminals (P), adjustable stock (D), Shaft/panel sealed (S) and UL recognized (U). The Military version is available as military 85°C qualified (M), military 125°C qualified (H), grounded shaft (B) and low level rating (G). Options can be combined to further specify requirements.

The M3786/4-0973 is the military version of the 44M45-04-1-06S, it is a military qualified 85°C 4 deck 1 pole 6 position shorting 45° angle of throw shaft and panel sealed Multi-Deck Rotary.
