The AME8804AEEYZ is a part of AME8804 series of 300mA CMOS LDO Regulator with the capability of Power-saving shutdown mode and Adjustable output . The space-saving SOT-26/TSOT-26 and SOT-25/TSOT-25 packages are attractive for "Pocket" and "Hand Held" applications.
The AME8804 family of positive, linear regulators feature low ground current (35mA typ.) with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery applications. These rugged devices have both Thermal Shutdown,
and Current Fold-back to prevent device failure under the "Worst" operating conditions.
