The SX1508BIULTRT is a part of SX1508B series general purpose I2C parallel input/output (GPIO) expander. It has a storage temperature ranging from -40°C to +85°C and its available in QFN-20 package.

The SX1508B are complete ultra low voltage General Purpose parallel Input/Output (GPIO) expanders ideal for low power handheld battery powered equipment.
