The Panasonic TDC Series Polymer Tantalum Capacitors are a newly-introduced product line of capacitors ideal for harsh environments that require extremely high temperature combined with high endurance.v

The TDC Series adds to Panasonic’s strong portfolio of POSCAP™ Conductive Polymer Tantalum Capacitors. TDC series capacitors can withstand 125°C for 1,000 hours with a wide range of capacitance (15uF~150uF). Panasonic TDC Series capacitors are ideal options for usage in tough applications such as servers, base station and other industrial end products.

POSCAP™ Capacitors

The TDC Series is part of POSCAP™ solid electrolyte chip capacitors that offer stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature, with low-ESR/ESL. These capacitors utilize sintered tantalum as an anode system and highly conductive polymer created with Panasonic’s unique method as a cathode system. These features make POSCAP™ one of the best candidates for digital/high frequency applications. Like the TDC Series, POSCAP™ also has high reliability and heat resistance.
