The ZXMS6004FFTA is a N-channel self protected enhancement mode Intellifet MOSFET with 60 V voltage and 500 mΩ On-state resistance.
It integrates over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage (active clamp) and ESD protected logic level functionality.
