The FDD8447L is a 40 V, 50 A Surface Mount N-Channel PowerTrench Mosfet Available in a TO-252 Package. It works at a Operating Temperature ranging between -55 to +150 °C.
This N–Channel MOSFET has been produced using PowerTrench® technology to deliver low rDS(on) and optimized BVDSS capability to offer superior performance benefit in the application.
