The HIN202ECBZ-T is a dual RS-232 transmitter and receiver IC, available in 16 pin SOIC package.

This device offers a wide variety of high-speed RS-232 transmitter/receiver combinations to accommodate various applications It feature true TTL/CMOS input compatibility, slew rate-limited output, and 300 Ω power-off source impedance.
