The MIC94060YMT TR is a part of MIC94060 series smart high-side load switch availabe in Surface mount TMLF-4 Package.
The devices contain a low on-resistance, 77m Ohm (max) p-channel MOSFET that is driven by built-in level-shift and slew-rate control circuitry. The low on-resistance of the devices allows for them to support over 2 A of continuous current.
