DF06S is a bridge rectifier, which is ideal for automated placement and has a high surge current capability. Typical applications include general purpose use in ac-to-dc bridge full wave rectification for SMPS, lighting ballaster, adapter, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.
The DF06S works with a peak forward current of 50 A (Amps), a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600 V, and operates under temperature range of -55 C to 150 C. DF06S comes in case style SDIP. Part comes in CUTT form and is also available in reel.Emballages disponibles
