General Product Description:PCN_A_01_OthersType of Change Manufacturing location changeDescription of ChangesThis product Change Notification (PCN) is to inform about Manufacturing Location Change impacting PNs listed in the PCN, from TE Speyer to TE Kurim, according to VDA trigger matrix no. 29 and AIAG section 3.1 item 4. The change has no impact to form-fit function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. Internal release process is ensured by TE, including product validation as per OEM/CAM requirements (when applicable). Validation will be initiated and completed according to project plan, as soon as samples are available.PPAP/ PPA and samples will be prepared (as per agreements between the two parties). A request via www.te.com needs to be initiated by Customer within 2 weeks after the creation date of this PCN. In case no request is obtained till above mentioned date, PPAP/ PPA will be considered as approved, and the change is considered as fully released. Reason for Changes:As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN. Description of Changes: This product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders in case adjustments have not taken place in time.Reason for Changes: New specification. To assure standardized and uniform packaging for each basic product part number, to improve sustainability and minimize quality risks.
