The KF50BDT-TR is a part of KF Series 5 V 500 mA, very low drop regulators with a wide range of output voltages.
The very low drop voltage (0.4 V) and the very low quiescent current make them particularly suitable for low noise, low power applications and specially in battery powered systems. It has an Operating temperature ranges b/w -40 °C to 125 °C. and available in a TO-252-3 package.
