Fonctionnalités et applications
The unipolar Detection Hall IC detects only either the N or S-pole. The output turns ON (active Low) upon detection. It is most suitablefor strictly monopole detection and when lower power consumption is desired.
The BU52003GUL has a CMOS output type, unipolar detection (north), and comes in a VCSP50L1 package (1.1x1.1x0.5mm). The supply voltage range is 2.40 V to 3.3 V. It has a -3.7mT sensitivity rating/operation point, a 0.8mT hysteresis, an average supply current of 6.5 uA, and is Lead-Free/RoHS compliant.
