Description:Following the PCN EIC-1138, dated July 31st, 2024- Littelfuse IXYS Integrated Circuits Division (ICD) would like to inform you about additional pat numbers affected by this change.As a result, we need to remove the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating from the datasheets for the part numbers.Littelfuse would like to inform you that although components shipped from Littelfuse are considered to not have a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, they remain fully compliant with the certifications outlined in their respective data sheets.
Detailed Description of Change:In order to ensure availability of the LCB710 family of devices to our valued customers, Littelfuse IXYS Integrated Circuits Division (ICD) wishes to inform you of a necessary change to the LED utilized in the manufacture of these parts. Due to the higher efficiency of the replacement LED, it was necessary to designate an alternative photovoltaic die to maintain compliance with the data sheet specifications. To minimize customer risk, both the replacement LED and alternative photovoltaic die were selected from the pool of previously approved and qualified material currently being used in the production of other devices.
