Description of ChangesWe need to repair and implement a new cavity to ensure the continued operation of the 087 product line impacting a top module, in order to meet customer demand. The existing tooling is unable to mold parts within specified tolerances, leading to performance issues and the production of non-conforming parts. The proposed change involves a complete replacement of the cavity, which will be installed in the existing mold base as per part number (PN). It is important to note that the mold bases will remain unchanged; the modification pertains solely to the cavity itself.Reason for Changes:Product improvement.Due to the deteriorating condition of the existing cavity for the top module, a new cavity is necessary. The current state is leading to parts being out of specification and tolerance.
