In order to support our fast-growing demand and secure continuity of supply for our customers, Littelfuse will be adding two additional assembly/test sites for the TVS STD products SOD-123FL (SMF) package, including SMF, SMF4L, and SMF3.3 Series.
In order to support our fast-growing demand and secure continuity of supply for our customers, the TVS STD products listed will now be built on 6-inch wafers in addition to 5-inch wafers. The 6-inch wafers will be processed using new 6-inch capable furnaces and equipment, with optimized 6-inch wafer process steps.Effective date: Aug 1st, 2023
