Product Description:Manufacturing location change for assembly processGeneral Description of ChangesThe Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is adding a manufacturing location in Queretaro, Mexico, and transferring some molding tools and assembly lines from Empalme, Mexico and Tullahoma, TN to the new location. The part numbers affected by this move are listed below: These PNs are customer restricted designs and require customer approval before shipment. Please provide us with your immediate approval to prevent shipment delays. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Sample availability may be limited and based on connector families. Submission will not occur without request.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this tools/assembly lines transfer needed to expand and realign our manufacturing capacity. IMPORTANT: This is a non-form fit function change. The manufacturing process at the new manufacturing location will remain the same as the previous one. Parts from any manufacturing location can be used interchangeably in the field. The transfer is being phased in to guarantee undisrupted delivery of parts.
