This letter serves as formal notification that we will begin the End-of-Life (EOL) process for our Coin Type EDLC Super capacitors, including the following series: SCL, SVL, SVLT, and SCLT.The decision to discontinue these product lines is due to the discontinuation of key electrolyte materials by our original supplier in Japan starting Q3 2025, as well as shifting market demand and changes in end-user applications. Despite our best efforts to maintain stable supply, the sustainability of production is no longer feasible.EOL Key Dates:EOL Announcement Date: August 15, 2025 Last Time Buy (LTB) Order Deadline: February 28, 2026Final Shipment Date: can be lasting to December 31, 2026
Due to changes made to increase the quality and reliability of our EDLCs, some changes need to be made in our manufacturing process. With some Retooling, there have been some small dimensional changes that are necessary for our bigger cases for our Coin Style EDLCs.This change is only a physical dimensional change only. Electrical Performance is not affected at all.
