The ZXTP2012ZTA is a PNP low saturation medium power transistor with a collector to emitter voltage of 60 V. Available in surface mount 3-pin SOT-89 package.

- BVCEO > -60 V
- IC = -4.3 A high continuous current
- RSAT = 32 mΩ for a low equivalent On-Resistance
- Low saturation voltage VCE(sat) < -65mV @ IC = -1 A
- hFE specified up to -10A for high current gain hold up
- Complementary NPN type: ZXTN2010Z
- Lead-Free Finish; RoHS compliant
- Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device
- Qualified to AEC-Q101 Standards for High Reliability
