Subject: An additional manufacturing site for SMD ChipLED C150/C170/C171 product families in Thailand. Description of change: In line with strategic growth, Lite-On Technology Corporation will add an additional site (Lite-On Thailand) for improvement in manufacturing efficiency and delivery performance. There would be no differences in materials used as compared to that of the currently approved Lite-On SMD production line. Lite-On will continue to ensure better product quality, lead-time and delivery schedule to our customers. Reason for change: An additional manufacturing site for SMD ChipLED C150/C170/C171.
Description of Change: Lite-On will be introducing additional dice materials for chip LED since of the long lead time of original dices.Reason of Change: In an attempt to mitigate any potential risk to supply continuity, Lite-On has proactively identified alternative bill of materials to improve upon its current sources. The alternative dices have been qualified in Lite-On materials pool.
