
onsemi Hyperlux™ ID iToF Depth Sensors
High-resolution, fast, and reliable depth sensing for next-generation applications
The onsemi Hyperlux™ ID AF0130 and AF0131 are advanced Indirect Time of Flight (iToF) depth sensors in a 1/3.2-inch optical format with 1.2MP resolution and a global shutter. Built on back side illuminated (BSI) CMOS technology, these sensors deliver exceptional depth accuracy and imaging performance even in challenging lighting conditions.
Both models integrate dual laser driver controls, support modulation frequencies up to 200 MHz, and feature on-chip eye-safety thresholds. The AF0130 includes a stacked depth processing ASIC for rapid calculation of depth, confidence, and intensity maps, while the AF0131 offers the same imaging performance without on-chip depth processing — ideal for solutions requiring external depth computation.
