High-Efficiency Step-Down Power Solution

The DCP0606Y by STMicroelectronics is a high-performance monolithic step-down synchronous switching regulator delivering up to 6 A continuous current. Operating from 2.9 V to 6 V, it combines low-resistance integrated MOSFETs with diode emulation mode for optimum efficiency across all load conditions. Designers can adjust output voltage down to 0.6 V with ±1.5% accuracy, control soft-start duration, or implement output voltage sequencing. Real-time monitoring is available through the RST/PGOOD pin. The compact 2 × 3 mm QFN package with wettable flanks ensures high-density board integration.
