Returning a Product

If you have created an online account with Future Electronics you can submit your return request online. Customers without an online account can contact our returns department at rma.dept@future.ca. Products are only eligible for return in the 90 days after they are purchased.

To request a Product Return online:

1. Log into your Future Electronics account
2. Click the « My Account » icon
3. Select the Order tab from the left navigation
4. Select the appropriate Order to access the Order Details page
5. Select the Submit RMA button
