The NJM78L08UA-TE2 is a 3 terminal positive voltage regulator constructed using the New JRC Planar epitaxial process. Available in surface mount 3-pin SOT-89 package.
This device employ internal current-limiting and thermal-shutdown, making them essentially indestructible. If adequate heat sinking is provided, they can deliver up to 100mA output current.
