Semtech | SC4216STRT

The SC4216STRT is a high performance positive voltage regulator with enable input, available in surface mount SOIC-8EDP package.

This device operates with a Vin as low as 1.45 V, with output voltage programmable as low as 0.5 V and features ultra low dropout, ideal for applications where Vout is very close to Vin.
