The i.MX 95 applications processor from NXP marks a significant step forward in intelligent edge computing. Built on up to six Arm Cortex®-A55 cores and enhanced with an integrated eIQ® Neutron NPU, the platform delivers the performance required for demanding AI, vision and HMI workloads.

Designed for mixed-criticality systems, the i.MX 95 integrates real-time Cortex-M33 and Cortex-M7 cores alongside a functional safety framework supporting ASIL-B and SIL2 designs. Combined with advanced security features including post-quantum cryptography and hardware root of trust, it enables secure and scalable system development.

With high-bandwidth memory support, advanced graphics, rich connectivity and long-term product availability, the i.MX 95 platform is ideal for next-generation automotive, industrial and connected edge applications.
