Renesas RA0E2 Series of Microcontrollers
Entry-level, ultra-low-power general-purpose MCUs known for cost effectiveness and ultra-low power consumption
Renesas features their RA0E2 microcontrollers (MCUs), offering excellent cost-effectiveness and ultra-low power consumption. Known as a basic, simple microcontroller in the entry line of the RA0 series, this series is a ROM/PIN extension product of the RA0E1 group, with which it is highly compatible.
The RA0E1 group delivers up to 32MHz of CPU performance using an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core with up to 128KB of embedded flash memory, 16KB SRAM, and a wide operation temperature range from -40 to 125°C.
The RA0 series is ideal for cost-sensitive applications such as low power and lower cost for consumer electronics, system control for small appliances, industrial system control, and building automation.

Fast Prototyping Board
RPB-RA0E2 The RA0E2 Fast Prototyping Board comes equipped with an RA0E2 MCU and is an evaluation board specialized for prototype development for a variety of applications. It has a built-in SEGGER J-Link™ emulator circuit so you can write/debug programs without additional tools. In addition, with Arduino Uno™ and Pmod™ interfaces included standard and through-hole access to all pins of the microcontroller, and so on, it has high expandability. Sample software is available to demonstrate the functionality of the RA0E2 MCU and for connecting between the RA0E2 Fast Prototyping Board and various wireless or sensor module. |
