The STM32N6 Arm® Cortex®-M55 processor runs at an impressive 800 MHz and featuring Arm Helium vector processing technology. This groundbreaking addition equips the STM32N6 with DSP-grade processing capabilities, ideal for advanced signal processing tasks.

This MCU includes integration of the ST Neural-ART accelerator™, a high-performance neural processing unit developed in-house by STMicroelectronics. Clocked at 1 GHz and delivering up to 600 GOPS, this accelerator enables real-time neural network inference, empowering applications in computer vision, audio processing, and more.

Designers will appreciate the dedicated computer vision pipeline with a MIPI CSI-2 interface and an image signal processor (ISP), ensuring seamless integration with various camera systems. Paired with an H264 hardware encoder and the NeoChrom™ graphics accelerator, the STM32N6 is the perfect choice for feature-rich and visually engaging applications.

Memory requirements are easily addressed with 4.2 Mbytes of embedded RAM and support for high-speed external memory interfaces, including hexa-SPI, OCTOSPI, and FMC. These capabilities make it ideal for neural networks, graphics-intensive tasks, and other memory-demanding applications.

Security is at the forefront with advanced features that meet SESIP Level 3 and PSA Level 3 certifications, ensuring robust protection for your applications.

The STM32N6 by STMicroelectronics offers flexibility with six package options ranging from 169 to 264 pins, pitch sizes between 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm, and operational temperatures of up to 125°C. This adaptability makes it suitable for demanding environments and a wide array of use cases.
