C & K Components’ KSC Series of Sealed Tactile Switches offer the perfect solution for Cellular Phone, Automotive, Industrial Electronics and Network Infrastructure applications.  This positive feel, surface mount tactile switch comes with a range of actuation and termination options enabling a custom solution to your needs.

The KSC Series offers a momentary action with a Normally Open Single Pole Single Throw (SPST, NO) contact arrangement available in various reel and box sixes.  Depending on the application, this series is suited to both the double wave and infrared reflow soldering processes. With terminals being silver or gold plated over a nickel barrier, the use of slightly activated flux is suitable.

The KSC341GLFS offers a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) Normally Open (NO) switch operation with a momentary function.  This gull wing surface mount tactile switch has silver over nickel terminals (LFS).  It operates with a minimum of 225 grams (2.25 N) and a maximum of 375 grams (3.75N) using a hard 3.5mm actuator.  Life expectancy is approximately 300,000 operations.
