The ICL3232ECV-16Z is a dual RS-232 transmitter and receiver, available in 16 pin TSSOP package.

This device feature an automatic power-down function which powers down the on-chip power-supply and driver circuits. It provide ±15kV ESD protection on transmitter outputs and receiver inputs.
