Description of Change:This letter serves as formal notice that we will discontinue the manufacture and sale of certain ZNR (Metal Oxide Varistor) products and NTC Thermistor (Chip type) products. This is the result of changing market environment, such as product commoditization and intensified competition with other companies including price competition. Based on this, we have made the management decision to withdraw from the business of the Products and hereby notify you of the product discontinuation.-Deadline for providing written notification specifying total quantities of the Products you request to supply from October 1st, 2026 to the Final shipment date: September 30, 2026. You are encouraged to promptly assess youranticipated requirements to ensure adequate supply prior to the discontinuation of the Products. Panasonic need to receive this notification in a timely manner.-Supply quantities up to September 30th, 2026, will be provided based on the current order management system.-Final order acceptance date: March 31st, 2028-Final shipment date: March 30th, 2029
