MaxLinear | SPX1431M1-L/TR

The SPX1431M1-L/TR is a 3-terminal adjustable shunt voltage regulatorproviding a highly accurate bandgap reference. These acts as an open-loop erroramplifier with a 2.5 V temperature compensation reference. The SPX1431's thermalstability, wide operating current (150 mA)and temperature range (-55°C to 125°C)makes it suitable for a variety of applications that require a low cost, highperformance solution

The SPX1431 tolerance of 0.4% is proven to be sufficient to overcome all ofthe other errors in the system to virtually eliminate the need for trimming inthe power supply manufacturer's assembly lines and contributes a significantcost savings.The output voltage may be adjusted to any value between VREF and 36volts with two external resistors
