Supply Status Update!This letter is to inform you of a positive change in delivery status for product MMZ/MPZ1608, 2012 series (Chip Beads). The increase in our capacity and the softening market has helped us to catch up on most of our backlog, while also allowing us to rein in our lead times. We are now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Effective immediately, the lead time quoted to you will now match the quarterly issued Distribution Cost book.
This letter is to inform you of our product MMZ/MPZ1608,2012 series (Chip Beads) current delivery situation. Due to the overwhelming global demand increase we have been experiencing since last year, TDK is currently seeing longer than usual delivery times. This situation has led us into an allocation mode in order to support the existing orders to the best of our ability. In order to reflect the limited visibility, we are moving all open order confirmation dates to 12/31/2025. This will not affect your current place in line (shipments will continue on allocation basis), but it will help us to more easily manage the backlog and hopefully the allocation calls for all parties involved.
