Features & Applications

The FOD410SD is a part of FOD410 series zero-cross triac driver. It has a storage temperature ranging from -55°C to +150°C and its available in DIP-6 package.

The FOD410 device consist of an infrared emitting diode coupled to a hybrid triac formed with two inverse parallel SCRs which form the triac function capable of driving discrete triacs.
