Microchip | MCP4802-E/P

The MCP4802-E/P is a part of MCP4802 Series Data Converters. It can sustain a standard temperature ranging from -40°C to +125°C. It comes in 8 pin PDIP package.

The MCP4801 is a single channel 8-bit DAC with internal voltage reference. This device offers high accuracy and low power consumption, and is available in various packages. Communication with the device is accomplished via a simple serial interface using SPI protocols.
