The TC54VC3002EMB713 is a CMOS Voltage Detector with wide detection voltage range of 1.1 to 6 V and 1 µA low operating current, available in small surface-mount SOT-89-3 package.

This detectors are laser trimmed to the desired threshold voltage, which can be specified from 1.4 V to 7.7 V for a 2% tolerance and from 1.5V to 6.0V for a 1% tolerance.
