Description of Change:Littelfuse IXYS Integrated Circuits Division (ICD) would like to inform you that we have qualified an additional material for use in back-side metallization process, for the part numbers listed in this PCN.*Effective date: December 30, 2025
Detailed Description of Change:Recently, we received a vendor notification, indicating certain mold compounds from their portfolio will require requalification for UL flammability compliance.As a result, we need to remove the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating from our datasheets for the part numbers listed in the attached document.We would like to inform you that although components shipped from Littelfuse beginning with date code 2438 are considered to not have a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, they remain fully compliant with the certifications outlined in their respective data sheets. There are no material changes to the parts affected. No other changes are done to the certificates included in UL files No. E69938 and E174201 or to TUV file No. B 082667 0008.
Description:Littelfuse have communicated the transfer and consolidation of the assembly and test process of selected products.We would like to inform you that qualification of the following parts has been successfully completed and production is now resumed.
"Under PCN EIC-1102 Littelfuse communicated in April 2022 the transfer and consolidation of the assembly and test process of selected products."Due to production challenges causing low yield, the qualification of the remaining parts is still undergoing.Littelfuse is committed to delivering quality products and will therefore release parts only when the highest standards are reached.
